The production method of 8-inch handmade mixed pizza

I prefer pizza with a thick base, which is crispy on the outside and soft like bread on the inside

Materials used
Massurila cheese
High gluten flour :110g
Salt :1.5g
Sugar: 2.5g
Yeast powder: 2.5g
Olive oil or corn oil: 10g
Water: 65g depending on the situation


The recipe for 8-inch handmade mixed pizza
 
Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast powder in a bowl, then pour oil and water into the bowl bit by bit, stirring while pouring. Rub until the surface is smooth, and knead as much as possible for about ten to twenty minutes. (Water doesn't have to be added completely, different brands of flour have different levels of water absorption.)

Then place the dough in a bowl with some water on the surface, seal it with cling film, put it in the microwave, and place a bowl of hot water next to it. There is no need to turn on the microwave, just create a warm and humid environment for the dough (if the oven has fermentation function, it can be directly fermented in the oven)

When cutting vegetables, I usually add green and red peppers, mushrooms, and onions (carrots are not recommended)

Cut the meat, marinate it, then grill it, microwave it, and cook it. (Bacon must be completely thawed and drained with kitchen paper)

After the dough has fermented to about twice its size, take it out and knead it again to release air.

Then roll it into the size of a baking tray. First, oil the baking tray, then put the pizza base in, and then oil the surface of the pizza. You can adjust the size by hand, with the outer circle thicker than the inner one.

When rolling out the dough, you can preheat the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

Seasoning sequence: First, evenly spread the pizza sauce. If the pizza sauce is too thin, sprinkle a little less. Then sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese, and start with meat, followed by vegetables. You can also add some pineapple, corn kernels, pizza, grass, and chili noodles, depending on personal preference. Then sprinkle another layer of mozzarella (cover the surface thoroughly). Then you can grill it. The middle layer of the oven should be golden in color for 15 minutes. Once the color is almost ready, it can be released. The key to cheese drawing is not to dry the cheese

After baking, if there is parsley, you can put it in the microwave to dry, crush it, and sprinkle some garnish.

Tips 
1. The dough must be fully fermented for the first time! Friends who like to eat thin bottoms can directly spread the dough with their hands. I usually use a gold plate with three abilities of 28 x 28 to make thin bottoms that are just right.
2. Make sure to add less vegetables, otherwise the vegetables will dehydrate and the pizza base will be wet. The meat must be cooked! Frozen materials should also be thawed in advance!
3. Ham slices, bacon slices, etc. are best placed underneath, followed by diced vegetable meat, sprinkled with cheese, and finally garnished with green and red peppers and diced meat.
4. Everyone has different oven temperaments, so the temperature and time are for reference only. It depends on individual circumstances. Roast until the cheese melts and the surface is golden yellow
